A Work in Progress

“An unexamined life is not worth living”

—Socrates (469-399 BCE)

Inspiring you to see clearly
every aspect of life.

Wouldn’t it have been awesome if, when we were very young,
we had been given a simple guide to what creates a happy, successful life?

That’s what I would like to offer you here.

It has taken me a lifetime to be able to share the answers to my needs; a basic template,
a clear roadmap that leads to fulfilment of our dreams of happiness.

This is the big picture which I find makes the work obvious.

I hope it does that for you too.

The Master says, “Old age, believe me, is a good and pleasant thing. It is true you are gently shouldered off the stage, but then you are given such a comfortable front stall as a spectator.”

— Confucius, China, (55-479 BCE)

Life Songs - My Poetry

I didn’t set out to write poetry, or deliberately to be a poet.
It’s been in times of stress that poetry has welled up from my subconscious mind.
It didn’t come easily and I have had to learn how to use it.

My life has been one of constant transition.
It seems I have lived many lives.”
