What is a mature human being?

My Writings

Read my editorials and take away some mindfulness, spiritual practice for your everyday

It’s taken me a lifetime of research and experience to reach this place, where I can clearly see the wisdom of the many seers, sages, and teachers down through the ages who have taught these truths. This has been my Quest in life; the search for Truth. Not my truth, not the truth of other human beings, but the Truth of the Ultimate. When all the digressions, chatter, and waffle, of the human primate are discarded, and the Big Picture is exposed, it is, in fact, simple. So simple that a child can understand it.

Are you prepared for the adventure of exploring your inner being and doing the hard work necessary to find yourself? Will you walk with me along the narrow road to inner peace?

As I studied the religious and political systems of the world, I did so with the idea in mind that I wanted an answer to the question, what kind of human being was produced by each creed and culture? And of course, the big question is, what is a mature human being? That is the question we are going to seek to answer together. It’s not an easy question, and the answer entails a lot of deep thinking. It means opening up our minds to powerful ideas, probably discarding lots of old baggage.

Then I discovered guided meditation. This was the moment when I began to gain an understanding of my subconscious mind.

Is Meditation a Stress Reliever?

Published in May, 2022

Stress: is there any feeling that’s better at finding a way in, no matter where you are or what you’re doing? As human conditions go, it’s like the sand that somehow gets into everything at your otherwise-perfect beach picnic. If only, like that sand, the effects of stress were no more than a bit irritating. As we all know, stress can leave us desperate, broken, or worse.
